We wanted to allow staff members to have a day (paid,) each year to do whatever they wanted! As a result we came up with 'Recharge days'. Now every staff member gets a day a year to enjoy doing what makes them happy.

We celebrate staff taking a recharge day as it is good for everyone's well being to talk and share in one another's joy.

Examples of Recharge days taken: 

• Stag/Hen do
• Skiing weekend
• Attend a friend's wedding on a Friday
• A day of peace with no kids to 'watch a movie that I want!'
• A day to catch up on everything before we go away
• A long weekend away
