We have a robust induction programme to support new staff which includes a mentor as well as a more informal buddy.
We are blessed to have a position that has such a dramatic effect on children's livelihood and ultimately their longevity. We also recognise how challenging our roles can be.
To support our staff we buy into an employee assistance programme that has a number of beneficial aspects such as:
