We pride ourselves on nurturing our staff and helping them to achieve their career goals and aspirations. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (see policy below), or a more experienced professional, we are always looking to develop individuals.

We have a robust induction programme to support new staff which includes a mentor as well as a more informal buddy. 

We are blessed to have a position that has such a dramatic effect on children's livelihood and ultimately their longevity. We also recognise how challenging our roles can be. 

To support our staff we buy into an employee assistance programme that has a number of  beneficial aspects such as:

- 24/7 access to an online GP and prescriptions

- Counselling

- Financial guidance

- Menopause specific counselling and support

Further to this, we also have a lot of fun together looking at different ways that we can support our staff's Wellbeing.
